Password Property (OracleConnection)

Gets or sets the user's password to connect.

Property Value

The user's password to connect.

Remarks

When a value is assigned to this property, the OracleConnection is closed.

Leave this property blank if you want to use Integrated Security connections (OS authentication). The UserId property must be empty as well.

Example

The following example creates a OracleConnection and displays the password.
