A vehicle identification number (VIN) is a unique code used by automotive manufacturers to identify all vehicle on the road.
The Vehicle Identification Number Generator generates a 17-character VINs, which do not include the letters I (i), O (o), or Q (q) (to avoid confusion with numerals 0 and 1).
The dialog box of the VIN Generator contains some of the Basic Settings and custom settings. You can customize the generator by changing the basic and custom settings.

Clear the checkbox next to the car manufacturer you want to exclude from the generation.
CarMaker column
Contains a list of car manufacturing companies.
Weight column
Specify the weight of each car manufacturer.
Percentage (%) column
Shows the percentage of occurrences of each value in the column with respect to the rest of the values (based on the relevant weights).
